The all important sales to active listings figures (sales compared to the active inventory at the end of each month) in May 07 equaled 1 sale for every 1.3 listing listed. Since then this ratio has deteriorated considerably at the end of February 08 the ratio stood at 1 house selling for every 4.1 on the market.
